The terms and conditions for use of the Aquafizzy website are detailed below and should be read carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase. 

Aquafizzy have made every effort to display all products as accurately as possible.  However, we are aware that colours and images vary slightly according to the monitor they are viewed on.  We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.  

Before you place an order you should read the following:  Paying for your Order, Delivery and Returns Policy.  These pages form part of these terms and conditions and contain important information about your order. 

Any use of this website or purchase made through this website constitutes an agreement to abide by the terms and conditions detailed below which shall override any other terms and conditions. 

Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this website shall be governed and construed according to British law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the British courts. 

This web site is owned and operated by Aquafizzy. The rights in the design, pictures, logos, photographs and content of this web site are owned by or licensed to Aquafizzy. They are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. 

You agree and acknowledge that the information and views contained anywhere on the web site shall not in any way constitute professional advice relevant to your specific requirements and that any advice or information you may receive through the web site is in no way a substitute for professional advice tailored to your specific needs. 

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Aquafizzy against any and all losses, liabilities, damages, expenses or costs incurred or suffered and any claim or legal proceedings brought or threatened arising out of your use of the web site. 

Any details that you provide to us which enables us to identify you are held and processed in accordance with our privacy policy. 

Aquafizzy is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of this web site.  Aquafizzy cannot promise that the web site will be uninterrupted or entirely error free.

Delivery

All orders are handmade fresh to order for all of our customers to guarantee freshness. So please allow for a little time delay for postage. We aim to post all orders out within 7 working days of cleared payment. However if you need your order in a hurry, please contact us prior to placing your order, so that we can offer any assistance in any way of speeding up delivery. 

Our postage prices are weight based. Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes and currently we only ship within the United Kingdom sorry.

If you are resident in the UK or Ireland and have not received our goods within 14 working days of placing an order, please contact us immediately on Contact us  

Our working days are Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm

Packaging

Aquafizzy will use appropriate packaging for the size and type of the items purchased. Where ever possible we will use secure postage envelopes which will allow the postman to deliver directly through your letterbox. However, larger orders will be sent in a box and/or require a signature. 

Paying for your order

Aquafizzy accepts most credit/debit cards. We operate a sophisticated secure on-line processing system via Paypal. It is completely secure and uses an encryption process ensuring that no one sees your security details, not even us! If you are shopping outside the UK, your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your local currency. Aquafizzy reserve the right to decline any orders that do not pass address verification system. Once you have successfully placed your order you will recieve two automatic confirmation emails-one from paypal, containing your payment details, the other from us, containing your order details. Should there be an error in the description or price of goods Aquafizzy will offer you the choice of purchasing the item at the correct price, or cancelling the order.

*Please be aware that product colour and texture variations occur occasionally, and naturally as part of the hand made manufacturing process and nature of the raw plant ingredients that we use.

Returns and Cancellations

Please contact us before returning any items, stating what you are returning and the reason for the return. We do not accept returns that we have not been informed about.  Please pack the unused item and its original gift packaging securely and send to the customer services address, which is included with your order invoice.  We strongly recommend that you use registered post.  We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in the post. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error.

If you change your mind for any reason whatsoever within 7 days of receiving your purchase just return it to us for a refund.  We simply require that your purchase is returned unopened and in original condition, complete with its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received by us, your refund will usually be processed within 5 working days. You will be notified by email when we have processed your refund.
